How it Works
Ideas shouldn’t be luxury items! Inspired by a very generous backer, we created The 3rd Thing Book Bank as a way to provide free books to people who can’t afford to buy them.
You pay for copies of 3rd Thing books to be deposited in the Book Bank, and we make them available through our website for free. The books you deposit in the Book Bank are given a special inventory code and kept safe in our warehouse space until someone asks to make a withdrawal. We provide that person with a one-time coupon code entitling them to the book of their choice for free, and we cover shipping within the U.S.
How the Book Bank Works
Generous supporters have purchased copies of 3rd Things books and deposited them in The Book Bank so that people who can’t afford to buy them can still have access. Request a coupon code that will entitle you to one free copy of this book, provided there are copies in the Bank. We’ll cover the cost of shipping within the United States.
